Natalie Feldpausch is an active oboist and teacher in the Midwest. She is the principal oboist of the Holland Symphony Orchestra and the second oboist of the West Michigan Symphony. She is pursuing a double master’s degree in Music Performance and Chamber Music at the University of Michigan. In graduate school, she performs with the Symphony Orchestra, the Contemporary Directions Ensemble, and various chamber ensembles. Natalie has participated in several summer programs, including the Bowdoin International Music Festival, the Ostrava Oboe Festival in the Czech Republic, and the Bay View Music Festival, where she substituted as the oboist in the faculty woodwind quintet. She also enjoys solo performances and has won multiple competitions including the Kenneth G. Bloomquist Prize and the Grand Valley State University Concerto Competition. Apart from performing, Natalie enjoys visiting parks, drinking coffee, and spending time with her nieces and nephews.
